I spoke with Cam Kerry, the former General Counsel and Acting Secretary of Commerce, about the challenges he confronted in areas such as cybersecurity and data privacy. Among many other critical issues crossing his desk was the breach of national security by Edward Snowden, which has implications for not only the government but the private sector as well in protecting critical sources of information.
